Bertha M. Dabe, age 83, of Clarksville, Ohio, passed away Saturday morning, January 6, 2024 at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio.
She was born February 5, 1940 in Kings Mills, Ohio. daughter of the late Amos Shown & Mary Bertha (Stegemoller) Williams. On June 22, 1962, she married Willis A. Dabe, who passed on June 25, 2009.
Bertha had worked for various restaurants in the area for over 35 years and she had been a former member of Wilmington FOE #1224 Eagles Club Auxiliary.
Surviving are her son- Mark Anthony (Darla Graham) Dabe of Clarksville, OH, & Roger Lee (Robin Brothers) Dabe of Clarksville, OH; daughters- Carol J. Hurt of New Vienna, OH, Sandy E. (Mark) Nave, of Hillsboro, OH, & Amy R. (Jason) Duncan of Clarksville; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters- Martha Jane Gross, Clarksville, Kathy (Rick) Moore, Lebanon, Karen (Steve) Moeller, of Lake Orion, Michigan, & Margi Williams, Lebanon; and many nieces & nephews.
In addition to her parents & husband, Bertha was preceded in death by her daughter- Christine Dabe Sholler, and brother- John Williams.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, January 12, 2024 at the Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street At North Mulberry Street, Wilmington with Pastor Mike McCormick officiating. Interment will follow in the Clinton County Memory Gardens, Wilmington, Ohio.
Friends will be received from 5-7 PM, Thursday, January 11 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home.
