The nice man I ever met and glad I had the opportunity to meet.

Bob was a charming, intelligent man who always expressed interest in what I was doing and loved my special, long-term and dog-centric friendship with Janet. He has left a legacy of important educational policies and had a positive effect on countless children and teachers. I remember that he and Janet hosted a welcome party, especially for new teachers in the district, each fall which was always a huge success. Little, thoughtful ideas of appreciation to others was one of his many trademarks. Not only is he missed but his stamp of accomplishments will not be soon duplicated. Rest well, Bob, after a life well-lived.

My deepest sympathy to Janet and Family. I always enjoyed working for Bob. We shared many animated conversations over the years. He always had a calm demeanor.

I am so sorry y to read that Bob has passed on. He was a gift to our community at a very chaotic time and helped reset the Davis Schools on the path to an excellent education for our students. He was a joy to work with, such a can do attitude.
