John Wayne Patrick of Montrose, AR passed on February 13,2025 at Baptist Hospital in North Little Rock. AR surrounded by family. He was born to Lee Otis Patrick, Sr. and Sue Worthy Patrick on April 1, 1959, in Delhi, LA.
John was a master carpenter and worked for many years for Airport Road Water Association and Northend Sewage Association. You always met John with a smile on his face. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. John believed in hard work and lending a hand to anyone who needed help. John will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
He spent many years working with his brothers Lee Patrick, Jr. and Ronnie (Slim) Patrick.
John is proceeded in death by his parents Lee Otis Patrick Sr., Sue Worthy Patrick and siblings Joe Patrick, Ronnie (Slim) Patrick, Millie Austin and Suzzie Moss; and grandson, Payton Wells.
John is survived by his brother, Lee Patrick Jr (Margaret) of Synder, AR; brothers in law, Emory Austin of Synder, AR and Steve Moss of Little Rock, AR; sister-in-law, Dorothy Patrick of Siloam Springs, AR; the love of his life, Kathy Coulter of Montrose, AR; three bonus children, daughter Audrea Stephens (Chuck) of Monticello, AR; sons, Chris Wells (Bridgett) of Lake Village, AR and Ben Coulter (Sheffield) of Little Rock, AR; and eight bonus grandchildren that dearly loved their "Popa John", Callie Selby (Stetson) of Lake Village, AR, Colby Stephens of Monticello, AR, Ashton Wells of Lake Village, AR, Blaine Wells (Hannah) of Conway, AR, Megan Stephens of Starkville, MS, and James, Sheffield and Luke Coulter of Little Rock, AR. He leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10 AM on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at Bishop-King Funeral Home Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to Chicot Missionary Baptist Church, 744A Lakehall Rd. Lake Village, AR 71653..
