Betty Bergeron Obituary

Betty Jean Bergeron, 89, of Covington died at 6:18 A. M. Friday September 10, 2021 at her home.  She was born October 31, 1931 at Covington, IN the daughter of David R. and Pearl (Cruea) Noble.


Betty graduated from Covington High School in 1950.  She was a life resident of Covington, and spent the winter in Florida for several years.  She was a member of First Church of Christ, Walter Hoyt Post #350 American Legion Auxiliary, Moose Lodge #690. And NRA.


Betty married James Stonebraker November 21, 1952 and he died October 26, 1987.  She married Herschel Sams March 3, 1989 and he died June 22, 2002.  She married Leo Bergeron May 17, 2004 and he died March 6, 2020.


Surviving is a son, Darrel (Emma) Stonebraker of Veedersburg, a daughter, Tanya Jo (Tony) Keller of Marshall, IN; a step son, Raymond Bergeron; four grandchildren, Brandi Keller, Makayla Keller, Jeramiah (Megan) Wesley, Dustin (Lacy) Stonebraker; two great grandsons, Caleb Keller, Ebren Keller.  She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Patty Jo Reynolds, a brother Dean Noble, and a great granddaughter Rian Wesley.


Private family services Monday September 13, 2021 at Shelby Funeral Home, Covington with Pastor Joey Emrick officiating.  Burial in Mount Hope Cemetery.   Memorials requested to St. Jude or First Church of Christ.  Condolences to the family:  www.shelbyfuneralhome.com.

You are going to be great miss Miss Betty around Benjamin's. I truely loved waiting on you. And getting to get to know you. And becoming friend with you and your daughter Tanya.
