Death Notice

STEWART, Alan John:
We are broken hearted to announce the sudden passing of Alan on Saturday, October 9, 2021, while on the Jacob's River, West Coast. Aged 63 years. Dearest husband and soulmate of Sue, most adored father and father-in-law of Roslyn and Craig Parish, Aaron and Anneke Stewart, and much loved fun grandad and friend to Kasey, Miley and Elise, Jake, Connor, Dacota and Honor. Much loved stepdad of George and Pania, Jess and Ben, and grandad Alfie to Tiaki, Manaia, Ana-May, Billy and Maddy. Loved brother of Sue Stewart, and a much loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews. He will be so deeply missed by us all. Due to Covid restrictions, a private funeral will be held, however we would love for you to join with us for our Celebration of Alan's life via LIVE STREAM, the link will be posted on the Geraldine Funeral Services Facebook page. As per Alan's wishes, he will take his final journey on his beloved jetboat through Geraldine; down Talbot Street, past his parents at Geraldine Cemetery, before heading to his final resting place at Woodbury Cemetery. As soon as we are able, we will gather together for a memorial celebration of Alan's life. Messages for the family may be sent to 51 Bennett Road, Orari Bridge 7992.
