Yvonne HOWES Obituary

Passed peacefully on July 25, 2025 surrounded by her loving family at home; aged 68 years. Much loved wife and soulmate of Graeme for over 50 years. Much loved mum and mother-in-law of Rebecca and Grant Brookland, Kris and Helen Howes, and fur mum to Jake. Proud and loving nana of Flynn, Connor, Leo, and Ned. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Richard and Deb Hay, Joanne (dec) and Bill Collier, Wayne and Sue Howes, and Leslie and Jenny McCartney. Loved and respected aunty to all her nieces and nephews. Adored friend of many. Special thanks to the Cancer Society, Theresa and the team at Medi Clinic. A service to celebrate Yvonne's life will be held at the Aoraki Funeral Services Chapel, 160 Mountainview Road, Timaru, on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 11.00am. A livestream of the service is available. Please email [email protected] or call 03 686 2148.
