William SCOTT Obituary
Bill, formerly of Cannington, lost his courageous battle with cancer on October 1, 2021, aged 68 years. He was surrounded by his loving family. Dearly loved husband, best friend and soulmate of Dawn for 40 fantastic years. Loved and cherished father and father-in-law of Andrew and Helen, Sarah and James, Juliet and Damen Morris, and Rachel and Henry Callaghan. Adored Pop of Annie, Heidi and Arthur; Charlie; Bridie; Lily and Sophie; "we love you to the moon and back". Respected brother and brother in-law of Margie and Roger Southcott, Ann and Gerard Vallely, Alister Scott, and Paul and Lynn Bartrum. A service to celebrate Bill's life will be held at Aoraki Funeral Services Chapel, 160 Mountain View Road, Timaru, on Saturday, October 9, at 2.00pm. In lieu of flowers, a donation to SC Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service. We encourage those who would prefer to remotely attend Bill's service in our chapel to email your interest to [email protected].
