William Evan (Bill):
Passed away peacefully on March 21, 2021, at Rose Court Rest Home, Christchurch, in his 95th year. Much loved husband of the late Patricia (Poff). Loved father and father-in-law of Michael, Christine and Brad, Paul and Penny, Jo, Kevin and Hilary, and the late Gerard. Grandfather of James, Alexander, Iszac, Jonty and Isabella. Great-grandfather of Frankie and Archie. Special thanks to the staff at Rose Court for their dedicated care of Bill. Messages to the Nicholas family, c/- 19 London Street, Richmond, Christchurch 8013. A service for Bill will be held at the John Rhind Chapel, entrance from London and Whitmore Sts, Christchurch, on Friday, March 26 at 1.00pm. At a later date an informal memorial gathering for Bill will be held in Methven. Date and location to be announced.
