William JOHNSON Obituary

Passed at McKenzie Healthcare on March 16, 2025, in his 102nd year. Bill has gone fishing to his favourite places with no timeframes. He was the loved husband of Eileen (dec) and a good friend of Marion Isted (dec). Bill was a dearly loved father of Warren, Bill Jnr, and Vivia. Loved father-in-law of Moira (dec), Fran, Jane, and Tony. A very loved grandad and poppa to his 8 grandchildren, and a great/old poppa to his 8 great-grandchildren. Our heartfelt thanks go to all residents and care staff at Wallingford Rest Home in Temuka, who have looked after Bill for the past almost 6 years and of late, the staff at McKenzie Health Centre in Geraldine where he passed. Thank you to the staff at Wood Street Medical Centre in Temuka for their care and attention to Bill. A private cremation has been held. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date to be notified.
