Sorry to hear the loss Whitney whom I got to meet personally at organisations I attend within Timaru, My heart goes out to you all may she rest in peace

Whitney and I were always laughing through primary and high school. That's just how she was. Her bright eyes and joyous smile could light up the world. I remember many fond memories, most of which were had while cycling home together and causing a ruckus in the classroom with witty and unintentional jokes. Whitney was funny. But she was also caring, considerate, passionate and intelligent. She brought out the best in me. But this past year, she also brought out a side of me that not many people get to see. And she showed me her vulnerable side also. We both have delt with extremely hard circumstances this past year and Whitney has made me feel at home and like I was not alone. I can't thank Whitney enough for her friendship and beautiful personality. I know her life was not long enough, but no amount of time would have been long enough to have you with us Whitney. Your love and energy is endless and irreplaceable. Thank you my friend.
