Vaughan Charles:
From Brisbane, formerly of Timaru, Vaughan passed away unexpectedly in Dunedin Hospital on 3 January 2018, aged 67 years. Dearly loved husband of Jenny for 47 years; and dearly loved Dad and father-in-law of Jason and Ann-Louise, and Trina and Andrew. Idolised by his grandchildren – Joshua and Courtney, Levi, Jesse, Kai, Tiana, Zac, Madison, Kaylei, and Lila; and cherished Pa to his great-grandchildren – Nate, Ruby, Timmy and Noah. An informal celebration of Vaughan's life will be held at 1.00pm on Sunday, January 7, at 36 Falvey Road, Timaru. A further celebration will be held in Brisbane at a later date.

Dear Jenny, Jason, Trina and family.
Vaughn has been such a great friend to my father Trevor (Bock) for more years than I can even remember. I can still see him working on so many different houses with Dad, and I know that his friendship, support and cheeky sense of humour will be greatly missed.
