Stewart BETTY Obituary
On December 7, 2017, peacefully at Parklane, surrounded by his loving family, aged 90 years. Devoted husband of the late Valerie, treasured father and father-in-law of Tony, Chris and Dawn, Diana and Peter Sirett, dearly loved 'Gramps' and 'Pa' of Sam, and Harry; Emma, and Tim. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Stewart Betty, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations to Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's Society of Canterbury would be appreciated and may be made at the service. A Service to celebrate Stewart's life will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Christchurch, on Wednesday, December 13, at 2.00pm.

Please accept my sympathy on your loss; I worked with Stewart at Empire Rubber Mills for some years before I left for Australia in 1972; my late wife, Pauline, and I knew him and Valerie well (I have been back in Rotorua for 45 years.)
