Simon PRUE Obituary

My bestest boy buddy growing up,..Si..you taught me so much. You helped develop a streak in me that no-one else could, this country girl who was quite happy playing dolls etc was cultivated into a bike-riding, adventure seeking girl, who relished every next adventure to explore old run-down places no-one knew about, to pitch a tent somewhere, we thought we might actually decide to live there, to eat every kind of berry possible for our midnight feasts..to bike for miles and miles in hope of discovering something new and secret. That streak remains in me and always will. I love you and I will miss you. Breaks my heart to think we only reconnected in the last few years but whenever we caught up there was nothing but love and laughs. No judgement, no need for explanations, just a brotherly love that I will never ever forget.People mistook us often for brother and sister, I think it was more than just our similar looks, I think we have a similar heart, compassion for the less fortunate and those that dont always get a fair chance.Many similarities in our storys, I will never forget your story,I will remember your courage and victory...that part of your story I will endeavor to make my own. I have many good memories of you Simon. I'm sad that there won't be any more in this lifetime. If there is an afterlife of some sort, I hope we can catch up then. I am proud of you for your achievements in life.
