Aged 83 years. Loved partner of Fay, loved father and father-in-law of Craig, Brett and Sandy, Grant and Silvia, and loved granddad of all his grandchildren. Loved son of the late Gladys and Robert Jenkins, brother and brother-in-law of Ruth and Don Veitch (both deceased), and special friend of Mary Cameron and Bev Jenkins. At Robin's request a private cremation has been held. Messages to the Jenkin's family, c/- PO Box 862, Timaru.

Sincere condolences to Craig, Brett, Grant and families. Such a fine man. Merv worked for Robin for 23 years ...always respected as an employer and later on the occasional catch up chatting about those earlier days. Cherish the memories.

To Craig, Brett and Sandy, Grant and Silvia, Fay and all your extended families. Was really sad to just read about Robin. A wonderful and generous man who started as my landlord when I went out on my own, and became a good friend. I spent way too much time in his office at Rhodestown just chatting. I am thinking of you all on the passing of Robin - he was an extremely proud father of you 3 boys and the families you have. RIP Robin. Much love and thoughts to you all. Brett Jenkins, Lake Hawea.

Farewell my old friend, I will miss our chats, your support and friendship will never be forgotten nor will your care Fay. Boys, your dad was so proud of you all, he couldnt have told me more often. Im sad I didnt get to have one more chat, we have been on a four month journey of hospitals and treatment for my hubby, time has been short. Fay ,I will see you soon, kindest regards Jan Holden
