Robert James (Bob):
National Service # 901181 L/cpl RNZIR, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 9, 2017, at the South Canterbury Hospice, surrounded with love. A gentle and caring husband to Lyn and a dependable and loving father and father-in-law of Sharon (Ashburton), and Peter and Susanne (Whangaparaoa) and an adored farmer Grandad of Anne, and Matthew. A special friend to Symon and Shaye, and Tony and Gandi to Novalee, Talia, and August. Donations to the South Canterbury Hospice would be appreciated and may be made at the service. Messages to 27 King Street, Pareora 7912. A Service to celebrate Bob's life will be held at the Pareora Country Club, 30 Queen Street, Pareora, on Wednesday, December 13, at 1.30pm, followed by a private cremation.
