Richard Desmond
(Dick):
On August 22, 2017, peacefully at Timaru Hospital with his family by his side, aged 72. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Fay for 51 years. Cherished and respected father and father-in-law of Shaun and Liz, Paul and Megan, Aaron and Julia. Precious Grandad Dick to Michael, Abbie, Kendal, Devin, Adam, Alex and Will. A special friend to Lauren, Charlotte, Ben and Oliver. A service to celebrate Dick's life was held at the Alpine Energy Community Centre, Domain Avenue, Temuka, at 1.00pm, Monday, August 28, 2017. In lieu of flowers donations to the South Canterbury Cancer Society would be appreciated

So sad to hear Dick has died. Such a shock for you all. Dick has always been a kind helpful person and will be be sorely missed by you all and his many friends. We are in Europe at the present so I will catch up with you Fay
