Of Mt Horrible Road, Claremont. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, aged 98 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Alexander Francis. Loved mother to Irwin, Evelyn, David, Rosemary, Alistair, and Ian. Loved Grandmother and Great-Grandmother to all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. As per Phyllis' wishes a private service has been held. Messages to the Seyb family, C/- PO Box 772, Timaru 7940.
