Sincere sympathy to Phil's family, especially Jamie and the children. Fond memories of Phil playing rugby for Carterton and after that as part of our wider family. He was too young to leave this world. Love from Caryl and Karl Taucher

Dear Linda and family, So sad and sorry to see the passing of Phil's death notice. Phil brings back happy memories of when we lived in Carterton. Phil worked at Smith and Hare sevice station, was a good rugby player (Gladstone) and a volunteer fireman. He would do anything for you and a happy guy to have around. My wife and I are both shocked and sad of his passing. Our thoughts and love are with you and his family.

To Linda, Jamie and Robert plus extended family. So sorry to read of Phil's passing. Spent alot of time treating him over the years, and such a fun and cheeky character with that big beaming smile. He spoke so proudly and lovingly of you Jamie as you grew up, and my wife Anne taught you at South too and remembers Phil as such an awesome Dad. Our thoughts and love to you all, Brett and Anne Jenkins, Lake Hawea.

Phil was a top man, many memories of this Man growing up traveling the South Island & overseas together as families, riding shotgun when he was OD for Mainfreight. Treasured best mate of Dad! True gentleman and an absolute perfectionist. Love ya Mate. RIP Sending love to you Linda and all the family during this very hard time.
