Patricia Annette:
John, Judith, Mark and their families would like to express their heartfelt thanks to everyone for their sympathy, flowers, cards and support after our sad loss of Pat. Special thanks to Dr Keys, the staff at the Timaru Public Hospital, Margaret Wilson and the Croft Rest Homes for their care of Pat over the last eighteen months.
