The family of the late Patricia Clements wish to express their heartfelt thanks for the love, support, and kindness shown during our recent sad loss. Your many messages, flowers and plants, meals and cards and gestures of sympathy have brought us all comfort during this difficult time. We are deeply grateful for all your support and friendship and for sharing in the remembrance of a truly special Mum and Nan to many.
