Christine and families , I was sad to see that Norman had passed away just after Christmas. The long association you have had as a homestay family with our Craighead International students and the generous sharing of your family time with both long and short stay girls will have given them happy memories to take away. Norman was a lovely, kind and caring man and I send special thoughts to you all at this time. I know you had plans to be closer to your family and am sorry that this time is not to be for you all to enjoy. Christine, from me, Linda and our Craighead girls who have come to know you as a homestay family, I offer our deepest condolences.

Dear Christine and Normans Family,
I was very saddened and shocked to hear of Norm passing away, especially after everything that had happened through the year and your plans for the future.
I know you were very close and I enjoyed talking about the beautiful game with Norm as well as having him referee me on a few occasions, not always agreeing on his decision.
He was a consummate family man and a supportive partner to you.
I apologise for late message, but Ive only just heard of the sad news.
Kind regards,
Adam Dufty

Christine, I was saddened to read of Norm's passing. You will miss him sorely. Norm was a passionate football fan, and a person who gave a lot of his time to the game and particularly to refereeing. I always enjoyed his company and his friendly and humorous approach to life. May he rest peacefully.
