Maureen Elizabeth:
Our family sincerely thank all relatives, friends and work colleagues for their valued care and support in our loss of Mum. Thank you to all who joined us at the funeral in celebrating Mum's life, for the many cards, flowers, baking and food, all of which are greatly appreciated. Special thanks to the staff at Woodhaugh Rest Home for your care of Mum, to the staff at Marne St Hospital - especially Lyn for your care and compassion of Mum and of us. Thank you to Dr Mark Bevin and Dr Andrew Smillie. Thank you to Dougal McLachlan, piper; Luth Lochead, organist; and to the Rev Indrea Alexander for the lovely service. Thank you to the Savage Club of Waimate for the Guard of Honour; to the Waimate Town and Country Club for hosting the afternoon tea. To Kate and Jonathan for your musical tribute - thank you so much. Thank you to Gillions Funeral Services; and to April at Aoraki Funeral Services for your care and compassion and for the respect you extended to us. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement and thanks from our family.
