Elizabeth (nee Carran):
At peace after a long courageous battle in her 87th year, on Sunday 5 March 2017. Dearly beloved and cherished wife of Mervyn for 64 years, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Bill and Kath (Clinton), Ron (Rakaia) wee Linda (stillborn), Jennifer and Chris Hone (Winton), Susan and Lyndon (Otautau), friend of Louise and Roger, much loved Granny to all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, much loved sister and sister-in-law of Amy and George* McAuley, Andy* and Elma*, Albert*, Ray*, Lewis*, Stella and Jack* Clouston, Syd and Shirley Harris, Bob* and Shirley* Harris, Sylvia and Colin Dobbie, Len and Pat Harris. A service to celebrate Mary's life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill, on Thursday 9 March, at 1.30pm, interment to follow at the Riverton Cemetery arriving approx. 4.00pm.
