In her 93rd year. Peacefully passed away at the Croft,
her loving home for the last
13 years, surrounded by
her whnau. Devoted wife of Arthur Duffy (dec), and mother of Suzanne Eddington and Lawrence Duffy (dec). Dearly loved Gran of Sara and Jeremy Severinsen, Juliette and Jason Stevenson, Lawrence and Bec Eddington, and James Eddington and Debs Kavanagh. Adored Great-Gran of Minnie, Taylah and Scarlet, Thomas and George, Liliana and Charli, and Korbyn. A precious Great-Great-Gran, adored aunt and great-aunt, a cherished sister and cousin of many. A true friend and a legend. Well known support and late night "taxi driver" to many. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at the Croft, words cannot express our gratitude to each of you. A service to celebrate Mary's life will be held at Betts Funeral Services, 33 North Street, on Friday, August 5,

Sue and family. So sorry for the loss of your Mum. You are right she was a legend - a gentle, kind and caring lady. I have fond memories of her and always admired and respected her for looking after Taua for all those years. RIP
