Magdalene (nee Lurajud):
Passed away peacefully in Rangiora on Wednesday, April 12, 2023; aged 95 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Norman WWII 390419. Loving mum and mother-in-law of Marilyn and Terry Read, Paul and Kerry, Christine and Donald Jackson, Norm and Lisa, and the late Lynda Hodgetts. Adored grandma of Gareth, Kieran, and Mark; Kirsty, David, Daniel, and Jasmine; Natasha, Thomas, and Abigail; Nicole, and Ruby, and great-grandmother to Owen, Margot, Angus, Elle, Eden, Reuben, Daphne, Theodore, Isaac, Ella, Riley, Isabelle, Hunter, Kadyn, Archie, Lexi, Frank, Sadie, and Elba. A service celebrating Magdalene's life will be held at Aoraki Funeral Services Chapel, 160 Mountain View Road, Timaru, on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 1.30pm. My condolences to all the family for Magdalene's departure from this life. I will never forget Magdalene, she was a loving and thoughtful person who will be sadly missed by her children and particularly her brother Zismore who always attended to her needs when her family were away. I am sure that God will have a room for her in Paradise.
