Madeleine's family wish to sincerely thank all those who have supported us by sending flowers, phone calls, baking, cards and visits after the loss of a very special person. We would also like to thank the staff of Presbyterian Support Services for their considerate and compassionate care of Madeleine and the District Health Nurses for their assistance and support.
