Passed away peacefully on Friday, October 29, 2021, at Hospice South Canterbury; aged 89. Loved husband of June for 69 years. Loved and respected father and father-in-law of Joan and Pat Winders (Oamaru), Helen and Darrell, Michael, Peter and Fefe (Ethiopia), James (Queensland), and David and Tracey. Respected grandfather and great-grandfather. Brother of Frank (dec), and Pat and Verna. As per Lester's wishes, a private service has been held. Messages to: 34 Tawa Street, Glenwood, Timaru 7910.
