Sorry to hear the loss of your mum Mal and family, I only learnt of this today I fondly remember her your dad and the rest of your family over 40 years ago! My god where did the years go! We had such great fun back in those days I send you all my condolences, God bless

So sad for you all losing your lovely Mum. Our mum's had a very special friendship, it always amazed me how long they could talk for, they were more like sisters and it just felt like we were family, especially in the early days when we had those trips up and down the country, lots of memories. One was getting free ice cream at the picture theatre where your mum worked. Nothing about this is easy, your Mum and Dad are going to be so sadly missed, we are thinking of you all and sending lots of love, Janene, Neil and family xx

I was shocked and saddened to hear of your mums stroke and later passing having txting and almost meeting up in gold coast recently
she was always a strong lady and would always have your back
I always thought of her as aunty Bob uncle and you all as cousins and some great early memories in Timaru cruising the streets in the old morris Oxford or whatever vechile we all fitted
into during school holiday visits
Then there was always the thought of the red strap hanging in the kitchen to keep us in line ( never saw in use tho )
