Kathleen MEGGITT Obituary

Peacefully at Karen's home (Oamaru) on Thursday, January 15, 2026, aged 88 years. Loved wife of the late Barney, loved mother and mother-in-law of Wayne, Tony and Sallie, Karen and Mark Pelvin and a loved Nana Kath, Great-Nana and Aunty of many. A loved sister of the late Marg Vincent, and Jim Lancaster. A celebration of Kath's life will be held at Betts Funeral Services, 33 North Street, Timaru, on Friday, January 23, at 1.00pm. I was very sorry to read of Kath's death. Kath and I first met when we were in Jean Todd maternity annexe, Timaru Hospital. I think it was when she had Karen. We used to visit each other and always had lots of laughs. My sincere sympathy to all of Kath's family.
