Judith BRUCE Obituary

Peacefully at Lister Home, Waimate on November 25, 2024; aged 80. Loved wife of the late Murray. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Jeffrey and Andrea, and Gary. Loved "Ma" of Rebecca and Chris, Joseph, Olivia and Quinn, Adam, Hannah and Cliff, and great "Ma" of Blair, Rian, Mila, Sienna; and Loche. Loved daughter of the late Frank and Verna Owens and sister and sister-in-law of Francis and Ron Briggs, Kerry and Max Raymond, Michael (dec), Chris and Olive, Elizabeth and Arthur Rollinson, and friend of Greg and Jenny Chamberlain. Loved by all her nieces and nephews. A service for Larraine will be held at Waimate A&P Showgrounds Pavillion, 26 Hakataramea Highway, Waimate, on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 1.00pm followed by the interment at the Waimate Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to Lister Home would be gratefully accepted and may be left at the service. A live stream of the service is available, please email [email protected] or call 03 6862148. Larraine was a very close friend and work colleague with James Aviation and Farmers Aerial Topdressing.Far too young to leave us.Sadly missed.

My condolences, I met Larraine in her Farmers Aerial Ops manager days and she helped me get into Farmers Aerial Topdressing company and got my aviation career started. I remember as her as a really nice and helpful lady.
