Jock BRIEN Obituary

Oh this is such a shock. I always loved a good old chat with Jock. Jock and Speed rented me their old cottage at Allandale and they were so kind to me.
Ill be forever greatful.
Rest easy Jock. Im sad I wont be able to chat with you again. Sending heartfelt thoughts to you Speed and all Jocks friends and family.

Speed I am so hear of Jocks passing. He will be sorely missed around Fairlie. Thinking of you at this difficult time. Sincerely condolences- Sharyn Hill (Waters).

So sad to see the passing of jock, on Saturday's when he came shopping he would find me to have a good old catch up, and tell me everything that happened in fairlie, will miss seeing him on the downer truck,, Fairlie won't be the same without you,,
rip jock till we meet again.

Sincere Deepest sympathy to the Brien & Siegert families, got many wonderful memories of holidays with the Brien family.

Very sorry to hear of Jocks passing. We always had a saying when we would see each other , I would say " hello brother Jock" and he would say " hello brother Wayne " always good for a bit of banter.

I remember Jock enthralling people with his humor and his magical story telling abilities.

I recall being in a group of eager listeners one day, when Jock told a lengthy, but bloody funny joke, so amazingly well, that he was instantly asked to repeat the same joke..... and we all laughed just as hard as the first time.

He was such a good communicator and even better human. Rest well
