To Chris and family. So sad to hear that Joan has passed. From the days Brent and I were at TBHS and TGHS, to bumping into you round Geraldine. We have so many lovely memories of Joan. Your generosity of allowing us to stay at Charteris Bay many times. Magical place. Apologies that we are unable to attend Joan's funeral. Our thoughts are with you all

So sorry to read of Joan's passing this morning. Wonderful memories of all the Woodbury School Reunions over the years and of course the connection through Dad (Ian McEwin) when he was the Headmaster of Woodbury School. Thinking of you Chris and family. Looks like you retired up to the lovely Nelson area. I assume the family still have the farm in Woodbury. Miss my wonderful catchups with Jeanette Bain. Feel as if the connection with Woodbury has disappeared once our friends all depart this world. However whenever I pass through Woodbury always stroll through the cemetery to catch up on the dispatches. Kind Regards Lynne McKenzie (nee McEwin)
