Joan BIRNIE Obituary

Bill & Joan were lovely people, I enjoyed dealing with them when I was with BrownWood Motors Timaru in the 60's-80's. Their family should feel really proud of their endeavours. RIP.

Just heard of Joan's passing as been away. Joan was a lovly lady. I went to her many a time as a carer. Loved all her nick necks and lights in her garden. Love to all her family.

We have many memories of Joan, Bill and families. Joan and Mum were life long friends. We went raspberry picking. Family outings at each others homes - remembering the same tin of Wattties Peas!!

Joan was A Lovely Lady, whom with Biil, were Highly Regarded in the Athletics and Waimate Communities - Always helping low key with a 'Pull Your Sleeves Up, Lets Get on With it" , not wanting recognition, but All respected both Highly
