Jenny passed away peacefully at home with Tim in her beautiful room she loved so much. The level of care and professionalism from Dr Phaff (Blue Penguin), Forward Care and all the SCDHB Agencies has been outstanding, thank you.

"Until we meet again, leave the light on for me Mum"

Privacy is requested, no visitors please. A private cremation has been held.
