Baxter passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, with family by his side. Aged 92. Much loved husband and soulmate of Ann for 64 years. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Robert and Rosita; James and Sharyn; Linda and Jamie. Much loved Grandpa of Logan, Blake, Sarah, Ashlee, and Rachel; Mackenzie, Reuben, and Emma.
