James BROWN Obituary

James who was the youngest son of the late Ernest and Abby Brown of Gore, Chch, Temuka and Sydney. Passed away peacefully on June 27, 2023. Loved brother of Robert (dec), and Tom. Notorious husband of Kerrie for 28 long years. Ex husband of Margaret (NZ) and Deidre (Aus) - they got smaller sentences. Father of Mathew, Bryson and Jacinda, plus 4 grandchildren (Aus). Loved by his nieces and nephews in NZ. James fought hard to the end after many years of ill health. A happy release. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, July 4, at 2.00pm, at Harewood Crematorium, 455 Linwood Ave, Chch. Please dress casual and colorful as per request as James will be revving his Jaguar, sucking on a cigarette with Lee-Roy sitting proudly in the passenger seat. All's good in the world again.
