On Thursday, February 19, 2026, peacefully at Montecillo Veterans Hospital; in her 85th year. Dearly loved mother of Carol and Steven Neame (dec) (Temuka), Wayne, Neil and Hermy (Darwin), and Lynne. Loving Nan of Ricky and Alanna, Shaun and Luna; Matt and Luis; Olivia and Perryn. Loved great-Nan of Adaline, and Parker. Loved daughter of the late Grace and Arthur Laird, sister and sister-in-law of Gary and Liz. Loved aunty and great-aunty of all her nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the staff and residents of Montecillo for all their care and friendship over the years. As per Inez's wishes a private farewell will take place.
