Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at Southland Hospital. Loved husband and companion of Philippa, much loved Dad and respected father-in-law of Susan and Mike Smaill (Dubai), Nicola and Julius Goboly (Canberra), and Rutherford (Invercargill), dearly loved Grandad of Nadine, Becky, and Jeremy, a fondly remembered and supportive uncle of Richard, a loved brother, uncle, and friend. In accordance with Ian's wishes a private service will be held. Messages to 283 Talbot Street, Invercargill.
