Passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, surrounded by his loving family, aged 72 years. A cherished husband of Maryn and a loving and respected father and father-in-law of Cherie, Anita, Gayleen and Duncan Case, and Deborah and Scotty Mitchell. A cheeky and adored Grandad of James; Isabella, Ashton, and Evelyn; Corban, Lockie, and Billy. A loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many.

Ian's family thank the wonderful staff at the Hospice Sth Canterbury for the attention and kindness shown to them and Ian during his stay, and to Dr Devlin. Messages to 2/209 Wai-iti Road, Timaru 7910. A Memorial Service and celebration of Ian's life will be held at the Timaru Elim Church, 7 Elizabeth Place, on Saturday, February 10, at 2pm.

Maryn and Family please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of Ian. I would suggest you read Ecclesiastes 3 it tells us all the words that I cannot express in words. He was a wonderful person to have about.
