Helen TREW Obituary
Died peacefully on Friday, July 31, 2020, at The Croft, Timaru, aged 95 years. Adored wife of the late Peter, loved sister of Norman (dec), Alice (dec), and Jim (Sydney). Treasured aunt of Robin Pope, Kerry Whyte, Cynthia Roberts, and Lin Roberts. Highly respected teacher at Craighead School. Friend and mentor of Kate Elsen, and Gerrie Ligtenberg. A service to celebrate Helen's life will be held at St John's Anglican Church, Wai-iti Road, This Saturday, August 8, at 10.30am.

I was saddened to hear of Helen's passing. Helen will be remembered with love as a long time member of Timaru Mori Womens Welfare League where she held te role of secretary for several terms. Unfortunately we unable to attend the service as we did not pick up the notice in time. Ng mihi aroha ki te whanau. Kia tau te rangimarie.

I was saddened to hear of Helen's passing. Helen was a long time member of Timaru Maori Womens Welfare League spending several terms as secretary. Unfortunately we did not pick up the notice in time to attend the service. Helen will be remembered with love and we are grateful for the time, energy and support she gave to the MWWL. Ka nui te aroha ki te whanau me ona friends Kia tau te rangimarie.

Sorry to read of Helen's passing. I remember when Helen and Peter arrived in Timaru and she took up a position at Craighead. Many an enjoyalbe time was had, ovewr the years. A truly inspiritional person. RIP
