Heather THOMPSON Obituary

59 years of age. Suddenly on Monday, December 30, 2024. Dearly loved wife of Ralph for 15 years. Adopted daughter of Margaret and Laurie Bleaken, Hamilton (deceased). Greatly loved Nana of Jasmine Liang, Auckland. "The most wonderful Granddaughter, who brought her so much happiness and love". Loved sister of Anne Leigh-James, Thames. Mother of Andrew and Christopher Bell, Auckland. Stepmother of Alex Thompson, Christchurch.

Finally at peace from the feelings of loss, grief and identity confusion, that many adopted people feel.

Heather has already been cremated as was her wish.

We are all so sad to hear of Heather's passing. A beautiful girl now at peace. Deepest sympathy to all who knew and loved her, more than she realised.
