BOLAM, Hazel:
In loving memory of our dear mother who passed away peacefully on November 11, 2015, at Carnarvon Hospital, aged 96 years. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law Peter and Robyn, Patricia and Howard Scott, loved Grandma of Adelia, Logan and Forbes, and Great-Grandmother of Lucy.
At peace with the Lord.
Special thanks to the kind staff at Carnarvon and Waitakere Gardens. A service for Hazel will be held in the Garden Chapel of the Morrison Funeral Home, 220 Universal Drive, Henderson, on Saturday, November 14, 2015, at 1.30pm, followed by interment at the Waikumete Cemetery. All communications to the Bolam family C/- the above Funeral Home.
