Jenny, and Jim's family sincerely thank our family and friends who paid tribute to Jim in visiting him over the months, attended his funeral service, the flowers, food, cards, messages, phone calls, visits and continued support to Jenny. The compassionate care provided by the S.C. Cancer Society; SC Hospice and Dr D'Souza; Palliative Care team; District Nurses; Rapid Response team; Dr's Moore and Burton; Marchweil Pharmacy and Access Carers was constant and much appreciated.
