Gerardus BUBBERT Obituary

On March 1, 2026 Gerry aged 93 passed away peacefully at Hospice South Canterbury surrounded by love. Dearly loved husband of the late Jo (Jopie). Much loved father and father-in-law of Trish and Dave, John, Margaret and the late Gary. A deeply loved and cheeky Opa to all his grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. The family want to thank all those special friends who loved Gerry and visited him regularly particularly in recent years. Special thanks to Jackie, Jeanne, Andy, Diddy and Camilla for being such loving friends and carers. A celebration of Gerry's life was held at Aoraki Funeral Services Chapel, 160 Mountain View Road, Timaru on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at 12.30pm. Gerry has been laid to rest in the Woodbury Cemetery.
