Lorraine, my thoughts are with you all, my memories of times of work and play alongside Joe and you and family go way back. Hope this short message gets to you all, as away out of the country and have just found out of Joe,s passing .

So sorry to hear of Joe'passing. I remember him fondly from living on Frederick St all those years ago over the back fence. He was quite a character.

I am so sorry that you lost Joe, and I am sure that he will be sorely missed.

As a neighbour, we did occasionally meet whilst mowing lawns with our ride ons, and I do remember Lorraine going for her daily walks with a friend and her dog. Sadly, no more.

Joe worked for Makikihi Ready Mix and then Allied Concrete and was well known throughout the building Industry. He will be remembered by myself and all his old workmates that used to work for Allied Concrete with great affection RIP Joe.
