My connection with Geoffrey goes back to 1979 when He and Rosalie supported me in establishing myself as a newly appointed teacher at Timaru Girls' High School. Their Generosity, support and advice made a world of difference in my life. It is only now, coming across old photos, that I was trying to reconnect. Rest in Peace Geoffrey.

We were very sorry to hear of Geoffrey's passing.
We haven't spoken to him in quite a while but Bevan has kept us up to date.
Please pass on our deepest sympathies to the whole family.

Please accept my deepest condolences to your family on the loss of Geoff from myself personally and also on behalf of the South Canterbury Cricket community.
Geoff and I enjoyed many good cricket and life yarns and he was always keen to tell me about beating my father in the smallbore rifle shooting (only one year) when he was at Waitaki Boys.
Geoff gave a lot to the cricket community and was always keen for a yarn and even in latter years would sneak up on his scooter for a chat.
He will be fondly remembered.
