Gaven HOGAN Obituary
He left us on November 9, 2025, aged 77, leaving a massive gap in our lives. Now at peace, with his beloved wife Linda and son Phillip. G was an awesome Dad and father-in-law to Amanda and Kevin, Blair, Cerys, Phill (deceased) and Nikki, Kim and Daniel. The old man will be sorely missed by his grandchildren Cooper, Leah, Nel, Amber, Callum and Teifi. His absence at the table is also felt by his large extended family of Michael, Ray and Wendy, Margaret and Dennis, Kay and Ian, Heather, and their children, along with his Kawa Kawa cousins. His warm heart and legendary hospitality will be forever missed, but celebrated one more time. At his request, there will be no funeral. Instead we'll gather for a celebration of his life at 2.00pm on Friday, November 14, at his home. G will join us for one final toast at 3.00pm. End of an era :(
So very sad to hear of Gav's passing but happy to know he will be back with Linda and Phillip

I have just lost a lifetime Friend from the age of 5 yrs old when we started school together at Kaikohe Primary school. He has been sincere and jovial friend throughout these years. As we have lived our lives many miles apart and did not physically see a great deal of each other over the years, we had many chats over the phone which I will miss immensely.
