Garry TOOMEY Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Garry passed peacefully on February 14, 2025 at 85 years old, with Ann by his side. Dear loving husband and forever loved companion of Ann for 64 years, and loving father of his three daughters Cynthia (Australia), Antoinette (Blenheim), and Charmaine (Timaru). Garry had a close rapport with all his grandchildren, all of whom he was very proud, Melissa, Kathleen, Hemi, Tumaara, and Carl, and dearly loved his 9 great-grandchildren. He was the only son of Eddie and Ethel (both deceased) and is survived by his sister Patricia and Brian Ashby. A beautiful family funeral has been held according to Garry's wishes.

To Ann, Cynthia, Antoinette, Charmaine and Pat & Brian, we were saddened to hear of Garry´s passing. Although we have had limited contact in recent times I treasure the catch up we had in 2019, and recall lots of stories shared by our late mother, Rose Gillum (née Toomey). Please accept our sincere condolences.
