Frances GALLAGHER Obituary

Peacefully at Timaru, on Monday, August 18, 2025; aged 89 years. Loved wife and best friend of Bernie for 66 years. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Barry and Debs, Di and Lindsay Williams, and Pauline. Cherished grandma of Melissa, and Stacey Gallagher; Kylie, and Ilana Williams; Allen Gallagher, and her 7 great-grandchildren. Much loved sister and sister-in-law of Gerald O'Neill (dec), Eileen and Jazz Jaspers (both dec), Maurice and Rose O'Neill (both dec), Robert O'Neill (dec), Brian and Gabrielle O'Neill (both dec), Terry and Aileen O'Neill, Kathleen, and Brian (dec) Speedie, and Paddy O'Neill (dec). A Requiem Mass for Frances will be held at St Thomas' Catholic Church, 12 Mountain View Road, Timaru, on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 1.00pm followed by a private interment at the Timaru Cemetery.
