Ellen Jean (Jean):
Of Ngaio Marsh Retirement Village, Christchurch. Passed away peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, on June 24, 2014. Dearly loved wife of Noel for more than 70 years; aged 90 years. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Alan and Sandra Direen, and Susan and Joe Mullins. Loved grandmother of Matthew, and James Mullins, and Jonathan, and the late Sarah Direen. Messages to the Direen family, c/- PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. Special thanks to all concerned at Ngaio Marsh, and Ward 24 Christchurch Hospital during recent days. At Jean's request, a private cremation has taken place.
